Questions salon owners ask us
How long does delivery take?
In-stock pieces are delivered in 3–7 working days. If your colour is out of stock, it is made to order and arrives in around 6–12 weeks. Orders with several pieces may arrive separately as each one is ready.
What does delivery cost?
Mainland UK kerbside delivery is £60. Two-person delivery to a ground-floor room is £80, or £150 with unboxing and packaging taken away. Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are priced on the delivery page.
Can I have a colour that isn't listed?
Yes. Every piece comes in eight colours as standard, and we can make most pieces in other colours, sizes and materials. Custom pieces are made to order, take around 6–12 weeks, and can't be returned unless faulty.
Can I add my own logo?
On the Ariella beds and sets you can add your logo as an option at checkout. In the 3D builder you can upload your logo and see it on the bed before you order.
How does finance work?
You can spread the cost over 3, 6 or 12 months, subject to status. You'll see the deposit, rate and total payable before you agree. Use the calculator on the finance page to see what a piece could cost each month.
Can I return something?
Standard pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom orders, including colour or size changes and logos, are made for you and can only be returned if faulty.
